Position: Sales Manager - Port Machinery & Spare Parts (1-2 Person)
Key Responsibilities
1、Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share in the port machinery sector.
2、Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
3、Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with terminal operators, port authorities, and shipping lines. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
4、Supply Chain Optimization: Leverage our extensive network of partners (ZPMC, SANY, BROMMA, etc.) to provide competitive and timely solutions for clients.
5、Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics and product offerings accordingly.
6、Contract Negotiation: Oversee high-level negotiations and contract closures, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
1、Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales within the port machinery, heavy industry, or maritime equipment sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
2、Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of port machinery components (mechanical, electrical, and structural) and familiarity with major brands like Siemens, ABB, and ZPMC is essential.
3、Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required for international business communication.
4、Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
5、Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Position: Spare Parts Specialist(1 Person)
Key Responsibilities
1、Technical Sales & Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their equipment needs and provide precise matching solutions for spare parts, ranging from structural components to complex electrical systems (Siemens/ABB).
2、Supply Chain Coordination: Utilize our global network to source high-quality parts from manufacturers like ZPMC, SANY, and DOOSAN, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
3、Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of our core product lines, including spreaders, festoon cable systems, and brake parts, to offer expert advice to terminal operators.
4、Project Management: Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry and quotation to final delivery and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1、Industry Experience: Proven experience in the port machinery or heavy industry sector, with a solid understanding of crane components (mechanical and electrical).
2、Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with brands such as BROMMA, STINIS, SIBRE, and major OEM systems is highly desirable.
3、Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required to handle international inquiries and documentation.
4、Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or International Trade is preferred.
